Priority Wine Pass App FAQ

I purchased a wine pass and the Coronavirus ruined my plans. What are my options?

We are trying our best to accomodate any customers whose travel plans were impacted by COVID-19 closures. We will happily extend your expiration date by 3 months upon request. Please email info@prioritywinepass.com and provide the email address you used during checkout and/or your order number and we will be happy to take care of it for you.

How do I find my login information?

Use the same login info as you use on Prioritywinepass.com. Make sure it’s the email that you purchased your wine pass with. Forgot your password? Click here and follow the directions to reset your password.

I am seeing an error what should I do?

First, make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Next, try closing the app and clearing the cache (instructions for iPhone/iPad) (Instructions for Android) before restarting. Be sure that you have a good wifi connection and or data. If you continue to experience difficulties, please help us by filling out this form here.

What should I do if I log into the app and my passes aren’t loading?

Look for your order receipt and make sure you are using the same email as you did when you purchased the pass. Try logging into the website and check to see if you can find your order there. If you continue to have issues please reach out to info@prioritywinepass.com

If I purchased more than one pass, how do I set each one up with it’s own app account?

Log into the account used to purchase the wine pass. Look for the “Transfer Passes” section and follow the directions under “Transfer to another account”. If you have any issues please contact info@prioritywinepass.com with details on the pass you’d like to transfer including the email used to purchase and the email you would like to transfer it to.

Do I need a physical pass?

Wineries will accept the digital pass in the app as if it were a physical one. Additionally, you can also use the PDF that was attached to your order receipt.

I purchased my pass somewhere else, how do I redeem it?

Follow the steps as if you were purchasing a 1-year membership. Then enter the code provided on your voucher as a coupon code during checkout. After you place the order wait for an email to give you details on your new account. Then login to the app with these new credentials to load your pass.
