Take the stress out of planning a large group trip to Napa and/or Sonoma and let us do it for you!
How does it work?
If you have a group of 10 or more people we are happy to help plan a stress free group trip for you at no cost. We find wineries that accept your group, we work with your budget, we get you the BEST prices, and we handle all reservations. Please give us 2 weeks advance notice so that we can plan your trip. That said, the more lead time we have the better we can accommodate you (especially since things book up fast).
How does the planning get started?
Please fill out the form below and we will contact you to help plan your visit. We require a credit card to hold reservations once we have an itinerary together. We also require a $100 non-refundable deposit (that will apply to the tasting fees on the day of the tasting). This safeguards us and our time in the off chance you should cancel your trip.
How do we get paid?
We have special relationships with wineries that either give us a commission if your group purchases wine or they give us discounted rates that translate into an income for us as we give you either a discounted rate or the standard retail rate depending on what they offer us.
Do you need to buy a wine pass?
For groups of 10 or more a wine pass isn’t necessary. In fact, many wineries do not honor wine passes for groups larger than 10. If you have already purchased wine passes for a group please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and she can assist you with this.
PLEASE NOTE: A credit card will be requested by our concierge since all reservations require full payment 48 hours prior to arrival. You may change the number of people in your party up to this 48 hour deadline without any additional fees. Due to high demand, if you arrive 15 minutes late to your reservation you will forfeit your tasting slot and your tasting fees will not be refunded. Additionally wineries have the right to refuse those too intoxicated. If anyone in your party is inappropriate, disorderly, and/or vomiting, the wineries reserve the right to cancel your tasting without a refund.

Jaime did an excellent job setting up a large group (19 people) wine tour itinerary. Every winery was perfect and she even communicated the day of to ensure everything was going smoothly. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks Jaime!!

Jamie was amazing in helping me set up our group tours for 4 days! We joined 2 of the wineries she suggested! She answered all of my questions very promptly and was very knowledgeable of all of the wine there based on what our tastes were. If you purchase this pass, I HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Jamie for advice on where to go and who to talk to. That made all the difference for us!

We were in the Napa, and Sonoma area for a week, and our best day by far was our day with Jamie. It was amazing! She had contacts within the vineyards to add to the tours, had coupons and deals to get us incredible deals. At one vineyard, she got us in free, and we were able to have a complete tour and tasting of the winery which normally costs $100.00 a person.. Every vineyard was picture perfect Jamie is very knowledgeable about each vineyard as well as the area, but the nicest part of this experience is that Jamie is just plain nice. She really tries to plan an outstanding day. If we return to Napa, I will attempt to hire Jamie every day as she made the trip much easier and knew what we would like. I used the Priority wine pass throughout the trip even in Sonoma and saved a lot of money. Jamie even helped me get a great rate on a nice hotel in Napa. It’s a deal!
