Digital Pass by Email

Once you place an order you should immediately receive a PDF pass attached to your order invoice. This pass can be used same day at our partner wineries and businesses. If you did not receive this email check your spam, junk or promotions folder for an invoice from hello@prioritywinepass.com. If you still have any issues email us at info@prioritywinepass.com and we can resend this for you.

Physical Pass by Mail

If you opted in for a physical pass during checkout for a $4.99 fee you should expect to receive it in  2-3 weeks from the day you purchased. Please note that this may take a day or so longer during official US holidays. Your pass will be sent to the billing address you entered at checkout unless an alternate shipping method was provided. If you have any issues or have not received an order feel free to reach out to hello@prioritywinepass.com and we will be happy to sort things out.

Ordering a copy of a Physical Pass

If you would like to order a physical copy of your pass after you have already completed checkout you can do so by contacting us at hello@prioritywinepass.com and we will generate a $4.99 invoice for you. Otherwise be sure to select this option in your cart or on the checkout page.
