McPrice Myers Wines

As founder and winemaker of his eponymous winery, McPrice “Mac” Myers makes serious wines with depth and grace. His winemaking philosophy mirrors his approach to life: Dream big. Work hard. Have fun while making great things happen.

Mac made his first Paso Robles wine in 2005, establishing McPrice Myers’ Beautiful Earth series with a Terra Bella Vineyard Syrah. The region’s prime Rhône-style terroir, tight-knit wine community, and vanguard spirit resonated with Mac and in 2014, he moved to the current McPrice Myers site in the hills of the Adelaida District.

In June of 2025, Mac and partner Venus Lai,an accomplished scientist and fermentation expert, began welcoming guests to a new hospitality and tasting venue that spotlights the wines and setting that make McPrice Myers so memorable. The tasting menu includes The Brightest Star, an elegant Zinfandel crafted to celebrate Venus. It remains one of McPrice Myers’ most popular wines.

Our Wines

We work hard to craft approachable wines that deliver a “wow” moment with every pour. The critically acclaimed McPrice Myers portfolio includes four brands featuring wines of balance, value, and place. We specialize in Rhône-style blends and bold red wines, while also producing noteworthy Bordeaux-varietals. Our diverse portfolio includes fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignons, expressive Syrahs, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Zinfandel, and crisp Rhône-style white wines and rosés.
