Explore our Stags Leap District estate vineyard in this private experience for up to six guests. Your wine educator will lead you on a walk through the vineyard and discuss the climate, geology and hum touch that goes into our winemaking. Afterward, continue to enjoy the views with a seated tasting in our picturesque demonstration vineyard, set right in the heart of the Stags Leap District. You’ll of course taste our delicious Stags Leap District Cabernet Sauvignons, as well as a couple of our other favorite Napa Valley wines.
Due to the nature of this experience, we are unable to accommodate pets, infants, and guests under 21. All guests must have closed-toe shoes and be able to walk on uneven surfaces.

This appellation was one of the first in the United States to be approved distinguished by its distinctive soil. Pine Ridge has four vineyards that take advantage of the coarsely eroded loam and clay soils and the bare rocks that heat the district during the day yet cool quickly at night when breezes from the rugged Pacific Coastline enter the valley.
Our Wines
Poised, balanced and classically proportioned, the expressive wines born from our estate vineyards spanning the Napa Valley reflect a distinctive Old World approach to winemaking coupled with a commitment to future sustainability and innovation. The desire to uncover and showcase the exceptional qualities of the diverse estate vineyards that span 200-acres across five appellations is the core of the Pine Ridge winemaking philosophy. A thirty year relationship with the land brings a deeply layered knowledge of the specific climates, soils and vines of each vineyard. Over the years, a deep knowledge and savoir-faire has developed of which rootstocks do best in each respective vineyard, specific block requirements to produce the most optimal fruit and what each vineyard contributes to the flavor profile of the wines. Every season brings new knowledge and understanding to apply and continuously fine tune the entire growing and production process in order to encourage the fruit – and the wines – a purity of flavor distinct to their site.
