We started making wine in 2005, and in 2006 planted our first vineyard, Ramona Ranch Winery has focused on sustainability since it’s inception in 2004. We are San Diego County’s only Certified Sustainable Vineyard and Winery, a distinction we obtained in 2017 from the California Wine Institute.
Enjoy your wine tasting at our beautiful white marble bar, accented by two massive, smoked-crystal chandeliers, or step outside onto our view terrace, with sweeping views of the Ramona Valley. Enjoy butterflies and birds, as they visit our native plantings, sharing wine you can feel good about.
Our Wines
We specialize in vineyard specific, single varietal wines, with several whites, rosè and reds for your tasting pleasure. As a small producer, our offering vary but always include a robust array of choices like our Estate Tannat and Sangiovese, winning Gold and Double-Gold medals at prestigious Wine Competitions, including the Sunset International Wine Competition and the Sonoma Grand Harvest.
