Sample 5 exceptional wines in a 1-hour tasting. Choose from our traditional flight, an all-white wine flight, or an all-red wine flight. Tastings are held outdoors where you can enjoy the beautiful grounds, and are moved indoors when weather demands. Space is limited, so reservations are recommended.

Gloria Retzlaff Taylor discovered the historic Connolly Estate in the early 1970s, a former sheep ranch in Livermore that now makes up Retzlaff Vineyards. The Taylor family moved to the property and restored the Victorian farmhouse and outbuildings to make their home.
Recognizing the value of the pristine soil on the property, the Taylors planted their vineyard in 1976, and by 1985 they opened a tasting room. Retzlaff has continually produced some of California’s finest award-winning wines thanks to Bob and Gloria Taylor’s unique vision and commitment to organic, sustainable farming practices.

Our exquisite award-winning wines start with estate-grown, Certified Organic grapes, crafted with wine-making techniques that bring out the best in each varietal. No pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides, ever. The result is world-class wines with incredible flavor, complexity, and depth.
