We approach preparing food in much the same way we make wine. We start with the finest ingredients. We keep it simple, and we prepare food with a light touch that showcases the best combinations of the rich and subtle flavors in the ingredients of each dish. We call this “wine country food”. It is uncomplicated & casual fare that can easily be enjoyed outdoors, with no compromise on quality. It is simple, and simply delicious. And of course, it is best enjoyed with a glass of our wine.
