Tastings:
Family-friendly during normal tasting room hours of 11-5 daily. Pets are allowed outside on a leash during normal tasting room hours of 11-5 daily. Cheese plates available for purchase.

Saginaw is a small vineyard originally planted by the Byler family. Scott Byler owns and runs the vineyard, acts as Chief Wine Maker, and specializes in traditional, hand-crafted grape and berry wines.

The tasting room was opened in 2001. It is now located in the original, historic red barn of a 1900 farmstead. We’ll meet with you for complimentary tasting of our award winning wines and our specialty, farm-fresh, fruit wines.

Our Wines

We’re one of the few vineyards in Oregon that grow the elusive Marechal Foch grape. It produces a deep, bold, earthy red wine. We’re also known for our estate blueberry and blackberry wines and ports and Red Raspberry Riesling. Our production includes Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marechal Foch, Rose’ of Pinot Noir, Riesling, Muller Thurgau, Blackberry Wine, Blackberry Reserve, FIRESIDE Blackberry Port, Blueberry Port, Red Raspberry Riesling and White Chocolate Cherry Chardonnay as well as a top shelf that includes a limited amount of Cabernet Franc at the time of this writing.
