We are known for our small lots of native yeast fermented wines in a beautiful location. LIVE certified sustainable vineyard.
In 2010, we established Schultz Wines in southern Oregon and in 2014 began developing Schultz Glory Oaks® Vineyard and Farm in the beautiful Applegate Valley AVA. Our small-lot wines are made from premium fruit sourced from established local growers and from our estate vineyard. We work closely with the experienced team at LIVE-certified Pallet Wine Company of Medford to produce a total of 600 cases of eight varietals. Native yeast and natural malolactic fermentations yield authentic wines true to place. The fruit shines through in our wines that are unfiltered, minimally handled, and unquestionably delicious!
Our Wines
Our most popular wines are Merlot, Syrah, and Pinot gris. We also offer Viognier, Chardonnay, and Pinot noir. There is a limited amount of fortified red dessert wine available. Coming soon are Tempranillo and Malbec.
