Our new Pizza and Wine Pairing is a one of a kind experience. Guests enjoy a flight of six Spann Vineyards wines paired with four different pizzas from neighboring Palooza Gastropub’s outdoor brick pizza oven. Current pairings are:
Veggie Pizza with Yin-Yang (Chardonnay/Viognier blend)
Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Pizza with Tempranillo and Zinfandel
Meat Lovers Pizza (Sausage & pepperoni) with Malbec and S&M (Syrah/Merlot blend)
Fungai Pizza (exotic mushroom) with Cabernet Sauvignon
Wine descriptions and food and wine pairing class is given by a winemaker during the tasting. This is available for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 16 people Thursdays thru Sundays from 11:30 am to 5 pm. 48 hours advance reservations by calling 707-282-9143 are required.
Cost is $35 per person. Priority Wine Pass members receive a $5 per person discount.
