Our Wines

Ty Caton Vineyards produces 20 wines, including 11 different Cabernet Sauvignons, all from exclusively estate grown grapes. Our flagship TyTanium is a proprietary blend of the best of the Caton Vineyard: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, Syrah , Merlot and Malbec.

All of our wines are distinguished by deeply concentrated flavors with remarkable finesse and expressive character. As a small artisan winery each wine is handcrafted in small lots with meticulous care and attention to detail by Ty Caton. We also offer private tastings at the winery in Sonoma by appointment only.
