Your journey starts with a private guided tour through the Olive Hill Estate property, where you’ll learn about olive oil and the olive oil–making process, all while enjoying their delightful sparkling wine. You’ll then get to taste for yourself what makes Olive Hill’s olive oil so special, comparing two vintages followed by a tasty treat of ice cream with olive oil.
