Upgrade your Priority Wine Pass
PLEASE NOTE: You need to have a valid Priority Wine Pass to purchase/use this service.
Many wineries require tasting reservations in order to visit. This means that you need to contact them directly and set up your visitation dates and times. With this premium service we will call wineries on your behalf and set up your reservations. Once you purchase our concierge will reach out to you to coordinate your trip and help you decide the best places to visit. We’ll work with you to craft the perfect tasting trip and make personalized recommendations.
How many tastings can you book for us each day?
Each day of tasting reservations is good for up to 5 winery bookings per day. That said, we usually recommend visiting 4 or less so that you’re not rushed and get a chance to enjoy the wines and atmosphere.
What else is required?
Your travel date needs to be more than 72 hours in advance so that we have enough time to coordinate your trip. Keep in mind though, that the more time you give us in advance the better planning and recommendations we can make. For bookings that span longer than 3 days please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can better accommodate your needs. Please note that in order to confirm reservations many wineries will need a credit card on file. Our concierge will work directly with you to pass your details for the reservation.
What happens if plans change?
Once we make reservations on your behalf we’ll happily make adjustments to your trip up to 72 hours in advance. If multiple changes are required, additional charges may apply. Keep in mind that each winery’s reservation policy is different and cancellation fees may apply. This is something that our concierge will discuss prior to confirming your reservations. If changes are needed in less than 72 hours you may need to contact the wineries directly yourself. If you purchase our reservation service and your travel plans change prior to us making any bookings we’ll happily refund your order.
