Pacific Wind Tolosa Pinot Noir 2018
As a homage to the daily Pacific Wind that moderates the Edna Valley’s climate, we strive for this wine to be fresh as the marine sea breeze. Most of the grapes represented in this wine come from the Hollister and Monighetti sections located on the westside of Edna Valley. These sections are the first to receive the influence from Pacific Wind and are the closest to the Pacific Ocean. The moderating influence preserves the crisp acidity in the grapes.

Mother nature set the ideal stage, our winemaking team made it shine, and this wine is ready for the spotlight. Blending fruit from seven of our estate-farmed vineyards – ranging from the cool breezes of Coombsville through Oakville up to the high slopes of Spring Mountain – wines like this are why we’re known as Cabernet specialists. It’s a serious mouthful, a beautiful medley of depth and complexity.
