More about the wines

2015 Verbiage Blanc: A blend of 50% Roussanne and 50% Grenache Blanc / each component was pressed separately then fermented and aged in 8+ year old French oak barrels for 16 months / rich and unctuous but with great acidity as well - a perfect blend for all palates

2019 Mourvedre Rose: 100% Mourvedre / foot stomped by Larry then pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel / aged in stainless steel for about 3 months / not your average Rose - one of the most highly ranked roses in SB County over the past 5 years / full of tropical fruits with a touch of earthiness / pairs wonderfully with a goat cheese salad or charcuterie - and great on its own

2014 Verbiage Rouge: A blend of 46% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre and 4% Cinsault / each component was foot stomped by Larry, fermented with the stems, pressed and then aged for 34 months in 4+ year old French oak barrels / soaring aromatics full of dark berries, herbs, anise and spice with great mouthfeel and refreshing acidity / the perfect red blend for all types of cuisines, or on its own
