Wine Passes are associated with the account that was used to purchase or register them on our website. During the checkout process users can opt in to create an account. This will allow them to log in and view their wine passes online or in our iOS and Android apps. If you’re having issues loading your pass see troubleshooting instructions here.
Dealing with Multiple Passes
Often, people will register multiple passes at once — like a couple in the same party. If at a later date both people want to access their pass indepently the only way is to log in using the information of the person who initially completed the checkout process. That is, unless you go through the share pass process. This will let you associate a wine pass with any additional email you like.
Follow these steps to Share your pass
1.)Log into the account that was used to purchase or register the wine pass and look for the “Share Passes” tab. Follow the directions under “Share a wine pass with another email address” section.
2.) The email address that you enter will receive an email with a transfer code in it. They will need to log into (or create) and account for Priority Wine Pass and visit their own “Share Passes” section.
3.) If the pass hasn’t automatically been associated with the new account all they have to do is enter the transfer code from the email into the “Associate an existing wine pass with this account” section.
