We'll help you choose a winery and shipment that is right for you. Let us know your budget, shipping locations, and wine preferences and we'll match you with the perfect tasting experience.
Schedule a time
We'll find a date and time that works for you and the winery. If you've got a deadline or special date in mind, we'll do our best to make it happen!
Coordinate Shipments
You send us the shipping details for the participants and we pass it to the winery to coordinate billing with you directly. This ensures you get the best rates possible.
Enjoy your tasting!
The winery will then provide a zoom link for all the participants. You can also use your preferred system and share the link with the winery to jump on.

How much does a virtual wine tasting cost?

I have non-drinkers in my group do you have options for them?
Yes! We can offer Mocktail packages or curate custom food packages to match the price of your other tasting shipments. These packages include premium items sourced locally in Napa Valley.
What sets your Virtual Wine Tastings apart from all the rest?
We've vetted all of our winery partners to make sure you are getting the best virtual wine tasting experience. All wineries are small-production wineries so that means that you're getting truly handcrafted wines.
How long do your Virtual Wine Tastings last?
The virtual tasting will last about an hour. This depends on the group, their questions, and interaction with the winery. If there is a strict time frame needed just that is something we can coordinate beforehand.
Am I able to customize my shipment?
Yes! We are all about accommodating your needs. If you would like to add a custom print material, promo items, food pairings, or anythings else, just let us know. Most items can be added free of charge if you're able to ship it directly to the winery. Otherwise we're happy to help source additional items for you.
Do you offer virtual tasting gift certificates?
Absolutely! Submit an inquiry giving details about the number of shipments and budget for your gift certificate. Let us know in the additional comments section that you would like a gift certificate. After we confirm the details we'll send you an invoice and deliver a gift certificate.
What is the recommended lead time for a virtual tasting?
Due to high demand and complications due to covid we recommend 10-20 days lead time for shipments from the day of payment and delivery of shipping information. If you need something quicker we can arrange for expedited shipping or recommend other options that might be available.
Do you offer blind tastings?
Yes! We can coordinate blind tastings and other virtual team building activities for your group.
Where can you send virtual tasting shipments to?
We can ship and/or make arrangements for almost anywhere in the US. We also have providers who can service Canada, Europe, and many other international countries. Have another location in mind? Let us know and we can help with some solutions.
What platform do you use to host your virtual tastings?
We use Zoom for all our tastings. If you are at an organization that prefers a different set up, that's fine. As long as you set up a meeting link our virtual tasting hosts are happy to jump on.
Who leads the Virtual Wine Tasting experiences?
Our virtual wine tasting experiences are led by the winemakers, winery owners, sommeliers, and/or experts in the wine. You are getting someone with deep understanding of the wines and wine tasting. In all cases we've vetted our hosts and we can help match you up with the perfect fit for the personality of your group.
How does billing work?
Participants can be billed individually or it can be processed as one full invoice. It's up to you. Most payments are made directly with us, but there are some wineries that will bill you directly.
How does shipping work?
You will need to provide a list of all the shipping addresses to the winery. If you would like help with this we can put together a google form and send it to your participants on your behalf.
